Back in 1981, Joe Sr. started working as a stock boy in a neighborhood paint store. As he learned more about home improvement, he discovered he loved helping support people with their painting and wallpapering projects. He wanted to learn more, so he attended the School of Professional Paperhanging in Rutland, VT.
Joe’s very first contracting job was wallpapering a residential kitchen and after seeing the fruits of his labor, he was hooked! He stayed working in that space for 3 more years until he founded Paper Perfect and the company has grown to become a leader in the industry.

Joe Jr. serves as Paper Perfect’s Vice President and manages a team of highly experienced contractors which provide superior paint and wallpapering to our commercial and residential customers. Joe also oversees essential field technicians, scheduling, and other important company activities. He ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality in the industry. At age 19, he began working for the company as a field employee. Then, at age 26 he became the Vice President, Head of Operations. With his proven leadership, and his ability to successfully motivate a team, he has become a valuable asset to the Paper Perfect family.
About a year ago, Brenda King joined the Paper Perfect team as the Office Manager. In this short time, she has demonstrated the ability to effectively balance her back-office tasks; such as Accounts Payables/Receivables, Invoicing, Data Entry, and much more. Her dedication to Paper Perfect helps the flow of the company’s productivity and cost efficiency.
After obtaining a Hospitality Management Degree in New York, she set out to explore different areas of the hospitality industry where she can best utilize her assets, evolve, and allow her to create a healthy work-life balance. Eventually, landing her at Paper Perfect where she can “exercise [her] mind and spend ample amounts of time with [her] family.”
